ADMINISTRATION DIVISION

Administration Division of AIU is responsible for all establishment and personnel matters of officers/employees viz, Recruitment, Personal Promotions, Leave, LTC, RTI matters, Court cases, etc. The Division is also responsible for General Administration matters. viz procurement, house-keeping, staff welfare, security, ensuring cleanliness in the AIU House.

The Division provides manpower support to all the Divisions of AIU. It has the responsibility of creating conducive environment, work culture, to enhance developmental activities for the growth of the Association, recruitment of manpower, managing personnel matters, training needs of the staff, providing infrastructure facilities, house-keeping and estate management of the AIU House including providing hardware/software and maintenance of AIU Website.

It also plays a vital role in the implementation of the Policy decisions of the General Body, Governing Council, Staff Affairs Committee, and various other Committees. The Division also maintains Retiring Rooms for the Vice Chancellors/Directors and functions as a Facilitator to the member Universities/Institutions.
