Please note that Five Events which have been Star Marked (*) above shall get 15 seconds Grace Time. However, for all other Events the Grace Time Limit shall be 30 Seconds.

For Classical Vocal Solo, Classical Instrumental Solo (Percussion) & Classical Instrumental Solo (Non-Percussion) at Nationals, the minimum & maximum time limit shall be 12 mts. & 15 mts.

Debate & Elocution – At Nationals the Minimum and Maximum Time Limit shall be 7 mts & 10 mts.

Rules & Regulations and General Guidelines

Strength of Contingent
The strength of the contingent of each university should not cross 49 or 54 (in case the university is participating in Folk/Tribal Dance) including accompanists and officials

Registration Fee for Participation
The registration fee for participation in UNIFEST is Rs.2500/- per participant

Fixation of Upper age limit upto 25 years from this academic session 2023-24 onwards for participation in Youth Affair Programmes

Date for submission of Proposal for Hosting 37TH UNIFESTS 2023-24 and other University Youth Affair Programmes has been extended up to 30th July 2023

CULTURAL PROCESSION

Disqualification for Violation of Eligibility Rules

Any disqualification of a participant on ground of ineligibility will result in the automatic scratching of the Event Category of participant/participants (i.e. Music, Dance, Theatre, Literary, or Fine Art) for that academic year.
